Off the wagon week

This week is supposed to be another build week. Then next week is supposed to be a rest week. I feel like I haven't had a strong build week for a while now. Ugghhh. Not sure what to do. I might use the weekend, plus a few more days for some hard workouts and then rest for a shorter rest week than 7 days.

Monday
Lift using the new core endurance book workout. Not sure if I really like it. Not enough info in the book to do it right.
Masters swim-swam 3350!!!

Tuesday
Wanted to get in a bike and a run today. Am busy at work and had little time. It was snowing so headed over to gym to get in a treadmill workout. The parking lot was full and didn't have time to wait for a spot. Thwarted again!!!! Will have to run tomorrow instead. Not ideal.
Biked with Tritons. Did 30 minutes of tempo with a 1 minute pickup every 5 minutes. Rode 45 minutes of tempo total.

Wednesday
Ran outside. Did 1-10 minute zone 4-5a and started coughing so ran easy for a while. Did 2-5 minute zone 4-5a and felt better.

Masters swim- did lots of longer sets. Only stayed for an hour.

Off!!! I am going to get some rest for the weekend.
